Mary-Ramata has been sponsored since March 2007 by Cicely from the UK. She is 7 years old and is currently attending Primary Class 2. Her mother is mentally ill and is rarely in the compound, after having abandoned her seven children. The biological father is unknown. Ramata is the sister of Elijah and Fanda and lives with her grandmother.
